1. What is one thing you’ve learned throughout your time in PR?
I’ve learned many, many things working in PR. The most important is easily this: Proofread twice (or 30 times), send once. Seriously.
And the second most important may be: Never say in five syllables what could have been said in one. Simplify!
2. If you could switch places with one person for a day, who would it be?
Amy Schumer! She’s hilarious, enjoys her life and is unconcerned about the opinions of others. She also occasionally hangs out with Taylor Swift, which seems like a blast and so not like my normal life.
3. What song do you listen to pump yourself up?
When my husband and I first bought our house, we spent a few weeks cleaning and painting before moving in. I made a playlist of 182 of my favorite pump up songs to listen to while tackling the work—everything from Taylor Swift and Tim McGraw to Blink 182 and Eminem.
